Abhijith Punnappurath

About me

I am a research scientist at the Samsung Artificial Intelligence Center (SAIC) in Toronto. Before that, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow under the VISTA programme at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, York University where I worked with Prof. Michael Brown on topics related to Computer Vision and Image Processing. I defended my Ph.D. in September 2017 at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) where I had been working at the Department of Electrical Engineering with Prof. A. N. Rajagopalan.
